Please contact the store you purchased from in order to claim your warranty. Do not fill out this form if your chair is under warranty – this form is only for customers whose warranties have expired, and a service fee will be required.
If your chair is out of warranty
Complete this form to email us your service or repair request. Please fill in all fields. Your request may be delayed if there is incomplete information. A service fee will be requested by the service technician that contacts you.
Our service team are experts at fixing our own range of massage chairs. For this reason, please only lodge a service request with us if you own a One Life chair. If you purchased a chair from a different company, please contact them for service.
In order to process your request, we require a video and photographs of your massage chair, illustrating the problem and the model of chair.
Simply use your smart phone or camera to take a short 30 second video and take some photos and email them to info@one-life.com.au. In the subject of the email, please write your name and invoice number.
